Adventure Cycling Association meet and greet May 6th
Join Idaho Smart Growth, Adventure Cycling Association, and Idaho Walk Bike Alliance for a regional gathering at the Empire Building in downtown Boise on Wednesday, May 6 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm. Adventure Cycling director Jim Sayer will be on hand to talk about the latest in national (and global) bike travel news, including: cool new bike routes all over North America (such as the new Bicycle Route 66 and the popular Idaho Hot Springs Mountain Bike Route), bike overnights, the U.S. Bicycle Route System, partnerships with Amtrak and the National Park Service to promote cycling, national and state advocacy efforts, and plans for Adventure Cycling’s 40th anniversary in 2016. You’ll also enjoy some beautiful imagery of bike adventures from around the planet. There will be refreshments and a chance to hob-nob with Jim and fellow cyclists. Please join us and bring a friend!
