Citizens Planning Academy — November 1st: Developers Are People Too
Come out on Wednesday, November 1st, for the tenth session of the 2017 Citizens Planning Academy, “Developers Are People Too: How to be more effective by working with developers”
In this session we’ll hear from two developers about the challenges they have and how citizens can work with them for better outcomes.
Speakers: Doug Fowler, founder, president and CEO of LeNir Ltd., and Bob Taunton, president of Taunton Group.
Doug Fowler founded LeNir in 1982. The company specializes in real estate development, project management, owner representation, and real estate consulting.
Since mid-2007, Bob Taunton has provided strategic planning and land use entitlement services to both private and public sector clients. Prior to forming Taunton Group, he spent over 25 years as a public planner and residential community developer.

Where: University of Idaho College of Law in the Idaho Law Learning Center (514 W. Jefferson Street, Room 136 on the ground floor). Please use the eastern entrance, the room is the second door on the left after entering the building on this side. Parking is available behind the building on the eastern side in the spots marks “visitor.”
