John Franden is a consultant living in Eagle. He is a retired ACHD commissioner and Boise State University executive.
Renée Magee retired as planning director for the city of Idaho Falls. She was the 2016 recipient of the Idaho Smart Growth Charles Hummel Award.
Sarah Martz lives in Boise. She is the project coordinator for the Harris Ranch mixed-use development.
