The League of American Bicyclists Smart Cycling 101 is designed to develop confidence and competence for all cyclist. Participants will learn about choosing a bicycle, basic parts of a bike, essential equipment, as well as how to safely and comfortably ride your bike in various traffic conditions, terrain and climates. This 4-hour course will be classroom based and on your bike.

This Smart Cycling class is taught by two League Cycling Instructors (LCI).
