We are joining forces with Idaho APA for our next Citizens Planning Academy! Join us April 7th at 6pm MST for the second session in our 2021 series with current APA Idaho President, Aaron Qualls.

This year’s theme is Tools for Good Growth with each session covering a particular regulatory tool used in planning to help attendees learn ways to achieve the growth they want in their community. Aaron will drive into the difference between Comprehensive Planning and Zoning. Join us!

Aaron Qualls

Aaron currently serves as President for APA Idaho and as project manager for SCJ Alliance. A longtime Sandpoint resident, Aaron has worked as a member of the Sandpoint Planning and Zoning Commission, a City Council member and, for five years, as head of the Planning and Community Development Department.
