This year’s theme is Tools for Good Growth with each session covering a particular regulatory tool used in planning to help attendees learn ways to achieve the growth they want in their community. Our presenters will dive into the tools of Area of Impact and Annexations. Join us!

About our Presenters:
Brad Cramer is the Director of Community Development Services for the City of Idaho Falls. He has been in this position for 7 years and with Idaho Falls for 15. While working for Idaho Falls, Brad has overseen multiple award winning projects, including the 2015 and 2018 “Outstanding Plan Awards” for the Idaho Chapter of the APA.
He has a BA in International Studies from Idaho State University. He earned his MPA from ISU in 2007 and has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners since 2011.
Mike Ray serves as planning manager for the city of Moscow and is responsible for annexations, Plats, PUDs, Rezones, Zoning Code Amendments, and Comprehensive Plan. He has been with the city of Moscow for 13 years.
Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Utah and has served on the board for the Idaho Chapter of the American Planning Association.
