Citizens Planning Academy — October’s meeting on the 4th

Come out on Wednesday, October 4th for the ninth session of the 2017 Citizens Planning Academy, “TAP & Complete Streets: Road Design That Will Have You Dancing in the Streets”

Speakers: Karen Gallagher, City of Boise associate transportation planner, and Deanna Smith, Idaho Smart Growth program coordinator.

Karen has been a practicing planner for 25 years in the Treasure Valley, with 17 years specifically in transportation planning.

Deanna has worked on complete streets and active transportation for ISG since 2010. She received training at Portland State University’s Initiative for Bicycle and Pedestrian Innovation and is a life-long transportation cyclist.

All are welcome to attend this informative session!

When: Wednesday, October 4th. 6-7:30 PM
Where: University of Idaho College of Law in the Idaho Law Learning Center (514 W. Jefferson Street, Room 136 on the ground floor). Please use the eastern entrance, the room is the second door on the left after entering the building on this side. Parking is available behind the building on the eastern side in the spots marks “visitor.”
